Things360 is the modular IoT platform that brings any device, protocol and data into a single operational environment — multi-tenant, bidirectional and running on our own European infrastructure.

The problem

The hidden cost of fragmented IoT

Every vendor ships its own console, every protocol its own silo and every audit its own spreadsheet. The result: data that never connects and decisions that arrive too late.

No single view

Devices scattered across vendor portals with no shared operational view.

Incompatible protocols

Legacy and modern gear live side by side with no translation: every integration is a new project.

Read-only

Platforms that see but don't act. No remote control, no real automation.

Manual compliance

NIS2, GDPR or ISO 27001 evidence gathered by hand before every audit.

Cloud lock-in

Critical data hosted outside the EU, with no control over where or how it is processed.

How it works

From sensor to decision, in three layers

  1. 01

    Connect

Purpose-built gateways (MQTT, BLE, serial, HTTP, legacy T301/T302) ingest data from any device, in the cloud or at the edge.

  2. 02

    Orchestrate

The MCP decodes and normalises every message; the orchestrator routes it as an event to the right module, fully traceable.

  3. 03

    Act

Dashboards, alerts, rules and bidirectional commands. And when you need it, blockchain certification of events.

    Industries

    One platform, many worlds

Things360 already runs in real environments with very different demands. Same core, different modules.

    Modules

Turn on only what you need

Each capability is an independent module enabled per customer, without touching the core or other tenants.

    01

    Tracking

Real-time geolocation, geofences and route history.

    02

    Sensors

Environmental and industrial telemetry on time series.

    03

    Control

Bidirectional commands with acknowledgement and audit.

    04

    Alerts & rules

Rules engine, escalation and multi-channel notifications.

    05

    Dashboards

Configurable dashboards per role, tenant and module.

    06

    Energy & metering

Energy, water and gas meters; balance and consumption.

    07

    API integration

Versioned REST, webhooks and OpenAPI per module.

    08

    Gateway tunnelling

Secure bridge to legacy equipment and isolated networks.

    09

    Reporting

    Scheduled reports and auditable exports.

    10

    Blockchain

Optional, immutable certification of critical events.

    11

    KYC & access

Verified identity and physical/logical access control.

    12

    Cyber-ops

SIEM, detection and response across the whole fleet.

    Security & compliance

Compliance by design, not by patch

Every control has its data source, its automated check and its audit trail. The evidence builds itself.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

    Which devices can I connect?

Anything that speaks a standard protocol (MQTT, HTTP, TCP/UDP, BLE, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Modbus, serial) or a proprietary one. For proprietary devices we build a gateway and an MCP decoder without touching the platform core.

    Where is my data hosted?

On our own infrastructure inside the European Union, on high-availability Kubernetes. We also offer private on-premise or edge (K3s) deployments for sites that cannot go online.

Can it integrate with my existing systems?

Yes. Every module exposes a versioned REST API documented with OpenAPI, plus webhooks. Things360 integrates with your existing ERP, SCADA, CRM or BI.

How does it help with NIS2, GDPR or ISO 27001?

The platform audits every action, isolates each customer and generates automatic evidence mapped to each control, so audits stop being a manual collection exercise.

How long does it take to get started?

A pilot with already supported devices goes live in a few weeks. Integrations of new devices depend on the protocol and are planned during the analysis phase.

Do I have to enable every module?

No. Each customer enables only the modules it needs and can add more as it grows, with no migrations or downtime.

Ready to connect everything that matters?

Tell us about your use case and we'll show you the platform running with real devices.
